Specialty Cakes

• Strawberry Shortcake: 2 layers of yellow cake filled with strawberries and strawberry filling. The entire cake is covered with very generous amount of fresh whipped cream. The top of the cake is covered in glazed sliced strawberries. (Seasonal)

• Bailey's Chocolate Cake: 4 split layers of chocolate cake with a Bailey's Irish Cream soak applied to each layer. 3 layers filled with chocolate mousse that has a hint of Bailey's Irish Cream. The Cake is iced with a rich chocolate icing, and garnish decorations.

• Black Forest: 2 layers of chocolate cake filled with cherry filling. The cake is iced with vanilla butter cream icing. The top of the cake has a layer of cherry filling and garnishes.

• Carrot Cake: 2 layers of carrot cake made with finely shredded carrots, pineapple, coconut, chopped walnuts, and raisins. Iced with cream cheese icing and butter cream carrots on top of the cake.

• Chocolate Chip Cake: 2 layers of chocolate cake filled with chocolate chips. The cake is iced with a chocolate butter cream icing and topped with chocolate ganache.

• Coconut Cake: 4 split layers of yellow cake with sweet coconut milk added and filled with butter cream icing. The entire cake is covered in butter cream and coconut. Garnished with cherries.

• Creamsicle Cake: 2 layers of orange cake filled with bavarian cream iced with orange butter cream.

• German Chocolate Cake: 2 layers of german chocolate cake filled with a coconut pecan filling then iced in german chocolate frosting.

• Grand Marnier Chocolate: 2 layers of chocolate cake with a Grand Marnier soak filled with chocolate ganache. Iced with Grand Marnier flavored icing. Top cover in melted chocolate fondant, and garnishes.

• Lots of Lemon Cake: 4 split layers of  lemon cake 2 layers filled with lemon butter cream and 1 layer filled with lemon curd. The cake is iced and garnished with lemon butter cream.

• Hawaiian Cake: 4 split layers of yellow cake with a rum flavor soak, 2 layers filled with pineapple filling and 1 layer filled with pineapple butter cream. Cake is iced with pineapple butter cream, sides are covered with coconut.

• Red Velvet Cake: 2 layers red velvet cake filled with cream cheese icing. The outer cake is cover in cream icing and garnished.
